The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
Eligible Categories: Most products, including electronics, kitchen and home products, and fitness items, are eligible for exchange, provided they meet the above conditions.
3. Return and Exchange Process

Ship the Product:
Package the product securely in its original packaging.
Use the designated courier (Leopard or TCS) as instructed. In some cases, we may cover return shipping costs (e.g., for defective or incorrect items).

Inspection and Processing:
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange conditions.

Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
6. Delivery of Replacement Products
Replacement products are shipped via Leopard or TCS with a delivery time of 2 to 3 days across Pakistan.
A new tracking number will be provided for the replacement shipment.
7. Limitations
Late Requests: Returns or exchanges requested after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Improper Use: Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
